It hasn’t been that long since Xiaomi announced the POCO X6 series globally. It started in mid-January with the POCO X6 5G (currently $331.79 on Amazon) and his POCO X6 Pro 5G. According to a new report, the company is also preparing to offer a third model as POCO X6 Neo.
The POCO X6 Neo, an unknown name for the POCO brand, is said to be an India exclusive, at least initially. Perhaps Xiaomi will target a price range of Rs 15,000, which translates to $180 at the current exchange rate. In contrast, the POCO X6 5G is priced at RMB 19,999 (approximately $241) and comes with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset.
Unsurprisingly, the POCO X6 Neo utilizes weaker hardware than the POCO X6 5G in some ways. On the other hand, the former is likely to feature a 120 Hz AMOLED and 6.67-inch display just like the latter. However, other specs like the Dimensity 6080 chipset and 5,000 mAh battery with support for a 33W wired charging point are aimed at the POCO X6 Neo rebranded Redmi Note 13 5G or Redmi Note 13R Pro . Therefore, the POCO X6 Neo might have a 1080p panel instead of a 1220p panel comparable to the POCO X6 5G. Unfortunately, other details about the POCO X6 Neo are currently unknown, including the release date.
