“This is not over yet,” Haba posted on social media on Friday. “We’re just getting started.” The lawyer then included emojis of the American flag, boxing gloves and the hashtag “MAGA.” To those who don’t know about the trial, it may seem like she just won.

In response to the post, President Trump’s biographer Tim O’Brien said, “This is what you say when you and your client have been sentenced to $83.3 million because you’re completely confused legally.” It provoked a reaction. House correspondent Brian J. Karem also decided to join Mr. Haba’s X Post.
“You’re literally too stupid to understand that you’re done,” he said Saturday. “I’m like a chicken with its head cut off. I can walk around a little bit, but that doesn’t mean I have a future.”
In another example of Haba’s so-called victory lap, she is seen commenting on a post that says, “If I ever need a lawyer, I’ll call you.” [Habba]” Hubba’s comment in the screenshot includes a biceps emoji and an American flag.
U.S. Army Iraq War Veteran Peter Henlein picked up on the exchange, saying, “Alina Haba is congratulating herself on a MAGA influencer’s reply…a day after losing her 83 million lawsuit.”
“These people are idiots,” he added. Former Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis, who was indicted along with the former president in a criminal case in Georgia on election destruction charges and pleaded guilty, reposted that quote.
