ACP is no longer accepting applications
The Affordable Connectivity Program closed new applications and registrations on February 8th. Without additional funding from Congress, April is expected to be the last month that participating households will receive full benefits. The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit program that ensures families have the broadband they need for work, school, health care, and more.
This benefit provides eligible households with up to a $30 monthly discount on internet service and households living on eligible tribal lands with up to a $75 monthly discount.
Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 on the purchase of a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from a participating provider if they contribute $10 or more but less than $50 toward the purchase price. can.
Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.
How does the ACP protect consumers?
