If it does, connect it to the internet with an Ethernet cable and use the remote control feature in the Roku app on your phone to manage your device. Another option is to get a universal remote and use it with your Roku. If your Roku device doesn’t have an Ethernet port and you don’t have a universal remote, follow these steps: You’ll need two other phones or tablets.
-

-
On a second device that doesn’t have hotspot enabled, download the Roku app.
-
To reset your Roku, unplug it, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This will make your Roku automatically reconnect to your mobile hotspot and think it’s using your old Wi-Fi network.
