“@Swiggy Dear @SwiggyCares, I ordered something from Swiggy. Your order is not accepted. Your delivery person refuses to deliver your order and says “mere pas time nahi hai jo karna hai kar lo nahi le kar aunga” (I don’t have time. I can’t take what you ordered. Do whatever you like.) Where are you going now? Neha wrote in her post. (Also read: Woman criticized for sharing screenshots of chat with Zomato delivery driver, here’s why)

One person wrote, “This is similar to ‘Chacha Vidhayak Hai Humale’.”
A second person wrote, “I also faced the same problem. These delivery guys are finding loopholes but @SwiggyCares can’t do anything about it. Twice I have lost money due to this. No matter how many times I complained, no one contacted me. Because of this, I stopped ordering online.”
A fourth third said, “This kind of thing is common on Swiggy and has been happening for years. Delivery guys mark orders as delivered/cancelled. You run off with the food, but Swiggy says he canceled your order and makes you pay.”
A fourth said: “They should start using OTP. Once my order was delivered to my neighbors, thankfully they gave it back to me.”
