Washington DC – U.S. News & World Report’s latest consumer research 360 reviews found that while many consumers live on bare minimum speeds, more than one in three Americans don’t know the internet speed they’re paying for.
U.S. News surveyed 2,500 adult U.S. consumers about their internet costs from sign-up to now, the internet speeds they pay, and the reliability of their internet services. Survey responses are weighted to be representative of the U.S. population.
