Who needs to submit:
- Private employers with 100 or more employees are required to declare. - Employers must submit employee data grouped by location, salary range (based on W-2 Box 5 income), EEO-1 job title, and race/ethnicity., And sex. For each group, the number of employees, mean and median hourly wages, and total hours worked are reported. Data must be submitted for a single pay period from October 1st to December 31st of the previous year.
