Keysight will exhibit the following demonstrations in wireless innovation:
5G acceleration
- 5G Advanced NTN Powered by Qualcomm (NASDAQ:) Technology: Provides an overview of Release18 5G-Advanced mobility featuring complex low-Earth orbit fast Doppler test scenarios using multiple satellites. This joint demonstration will feature video calls supporting satellite handover (NTN-NTN) to ensure service continuity and seamless integration with terrestrial networks using Qualcomm Technologies’ 5G mobile test platform. - NTN Sky-to-Lab emulation: Keysight’s sky-to-lab solution is the most advanced solution for simulation, emulation, and testing of NTN systems and devices. This demonstration showcases Keysight’s end-to-end NTN solution portfolio across New Radio (NR) and Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT NTN) R&D and acceptance workflows to build a reliable 5G NTN. We’ll feature three use cases to show you how. Long Term Evolution NTN unmodified direct cell-to-cell handset and operator acceptance.
Wi-Fi ® 7 and Augmented Reality (XR)
- Improved performance: As modern Wi-Fi networks expand, it is important to test new stations and access points to validate radio frequency (RF) performance, schedule selection, and optimization. The Keysight UXM wireless connectivity test platform supports both Wi-Fi 7 and 5G. Keysight’s Eggplant automation software will also be on display. It uses artificial human ML and automation intelligence to deliver fully robotic and repeatable test automation for new Wi-Fi and 5G XR devices.
Open RAN AI/ML and Security
- Performance, energy and network protection: As the deployment of open RAN networks increases, new challenges and opportunities emerge. Keysight will present three demos that address this issue head-on, highlighting how AI/ML can maximize network performance, reduce energy consumption, protect networks, and increase resiliency.
6G innovation
- Enable 6G FR3 channel emulation: Keysight’s new AI-assisted radio channel emulation solution accelerates the development and evaluation of complex 6G technologies. This demo shows how to address the need for accurate modeling in 6G system simulation, digital twins, and real-time RF channel emulation.
- Enabling 6G AI Neural Receiver Design: This demo is part of the latest research from the European Horizon project CENTRIC. Neural receivers from NVIDIA (NASDAQ:) are validated on an Open RAN testbed using data generated from Keysight PathWave SystemVue. Learn how Keysight’s solutions enable the design of AI-powered neural receivers for 6G networks, and how the data acts as a digital twin of the channel to translate simulation results into real-world applications. - AI/ML and sensing in 6G: Keysight shows you how to use electronic design automation (EDA) Software in Engineering Research. This demo integrates an AI/ML signal processing model and validates the algorithm’s performance using real hardware connectivity on an over-the-air (OTA) system.
