This car is actually BYD Atto 3.
Ashneel Grover, a former MD at Bharatpe, recently took to social media and shared a photo of the first “heterogeneous” Tesla in Delhi. According to the entrepreneur, the car is a Boulder Gray BYD (Build Your Dreams) Atto 3 that was spotted in Karol Bagh and has the word “Tesla” painted on the back.
Since being shared, his post has garnered 1.8 million views and over 3,000 likes on X (formerly Twitter). “World’s first ‘cross-breed’ Tesla! A boy from Delhi literally ‘built the dream’ in Karol Bagh,” Grover wrote in the caption.

BYD Atto 3 is an electric SUV manufactured by BYD Auto. Prices start from Rs 3,399,000.
In December, the minister dropped a big hint about Tesla’s investment in Gujarat, saying the company’s co-founder and CEO Elon Musk was keeping an eye on the state.
Gujarat Health Minister Rushikesh Patel was asked at a cabinet meeting whether EV makers had any plans to invest in the state. “We are very hopeful and the Gujarat government is also very hopeful. Tesla founder Elon Musk is keeping an eye on the state,” he said in Hindi. I hope you will come.”
The minister pointed out that other automakers are also pursuing projects in Gujarat, making it business-friendly for both the government and the people of the state.
