Whether it’s high-definition video conferencing or streaming ultra-high-definition content, Airtel 5G is set to meet the demands of digital lifestyles of individuals and businesses.

To enjoy Airtel’s 5G services, customers can access the service through 5G-enabled handsets or the newly introduced Airtel 5G Smart Box. 5G routers are available in two arrangements tailored to business or home (retail) customers. Notably, the device remains an Airtel asset throughout the contract term, underscoring our commitment to providing continuous support and superior service.
Understanding the diverse needs of our customers, Airtel has introduced affordable unlimited 5G plans. Airtel 5G Home WIFI is priced from Tsh.70,000/- for 10Mbps to Tsh.110,000/- for 30Mbps and up to Tsh.200,000/- for 100Mbps with plans to accommodate low to very heavy internet usage. This will enable everyone to experience the power of 5G, catering to a wide range of needs from residential customers to growing small business customers and the self-employed.
The Airtel 5G Smart Box can be purchased at Airtel shops in Dar es Salaam and Dodoma or through door-to-door Airtel sales representatives. To sign up, you will need a National Identity Card (NIDA), TIN certificate, and business license.
After signing a 24-month contract and selecting the desired package, customers can embark on their 5G journey.
