In the video, Anisha explains how the Ola driver she booked from Bandra started crying helplessly as soon as she got into the car. The driver had recently lost his father, claimed to have been robbed, and expressed suicidal thoughts multiple times during the ride. Despite trying to comfort him, his erratic behavior caused Anisha discomfort and suspicion.
When Anisha requested a short stop to make an emergency call, the driver sped away, leading Anisha to believe it might be a scam to extort money. She shared her video on Instagram to raise awareness, suspecting it was a new tactic used by unscrupulous drivers.
