Several social media users complained that their internet services were not working. According to Downdetector statistics, 97% of reports were about internet failures, his 2% of users were complaints about TV service, and 1% about telephone service.

“No internet. Can’t make phone calls and websites say they’re banned. I’ve had enough amazing experiences in metro Detroit,” one user, formerly known as Twitter, wrote. He said this on the X Platform.
“Well, my WOW internet shut down…no Netflix, no Prime TV…anyone else having this problem?” a second person added.
A third tweeted: “#HugeInternetOutage…For the past hour. I’ve been having trouble contacting customer service. No answers, no chat, no phone calls.” The company has not yet responded.
According to Downdetector statistics, 97% of reports were related to internet outages, 2% of users complained about TV service, and 1% related to phone service.

“We understand that people are having issues accessing our services. We are currently working on this issue,” Meta spokesperson Andy Stone wrote in a post on X.
