Wipro and Nokia have announced a new joint venture to accelerate digital transformation for enterprises through secure 5G private wireless solutions.
The solution aims to provide businesses with real-time access to business insights and the ability to process huge amounts of data with minimal latency. By enabling a unified private network environment, enterprises can improve performance management and security.

The company will initially focus on serving customers in the manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation, and sports entertainment industries and promises to improve operational efficiency through advanced AI-driven automation.

Nokia will contribute with Digital Automation Cloud (DAC) and Modular Private Wireless (MPW) solutions, while Wipro will provide strategic guidance through 5G Def-i with Industry DOT and OTNxt platforms.
