How many momos is too many? To be honest, there is never enough. This tasty treat comes in many forms, from savory tandoori momos to crispy fried chicken momos. Needless to say, momos are also a focus of culinary creativity. And now, mango momos are the latest recipe. Location: Delhi. We are not surprised at all. How about you? In a clip shared by the food blogger, the seller explains that this unique dish was inspired by fellow momo seller Sikander, who made waves with his momo omelette.
The video begins with the server deep frying a few pre-made momos. Next, he adds mango slices to the sauce and pours in a whole bottle of Maaza. He then sprinkles red chilli powder on them and adds a generous amount of cream to the pan to cook. Finally, the server adds the momos to the Maaza sauce and garnishes them with cream. Internet users were not impressed with the odd combination of momos and mangoes. Several people took to the comments section to express their disgust for the dish, with “Rest in peace momo” being a popular response. “This generation will never forgive this even if they taste it,” one user wrote. Another added: “Just momos ke saas aisa mat karo please [Don’t do this with my momos, please]”Give me poison instead,” one wrote.One user claimed they had tried peaches from a concession stand but didn’t like them, saying: “They’re gross, I’ve tried them.”
