“I’m always sleepy. I don’t feel refreshed even after 10 hours of sleep. This is what I’ve been feeling for the past two years. Thanks to this, my whole life has become ‘Jund’. I tried to get up early and go for a morning walk to refresh myself, but I felt even more tired that day. This sleep has ruined everything for me as I am preparing for JEE,” the student posted on her Reddit, which has now gone viral.

“My first attempt was unsuccessful, so I don’t want to do that the second time. This sleep also affected my relationship with my mother. She gets angry at me a lot and teases me all the time. . I’m tired of my life right now. I hate who I’ve become, but 80% of it is because of my sleep. Now every little thing irritates me. ” the post further reads.
“I am addicted to social media and have tried to quit, but have failed every time. I know it may seem like I am just venting without taking active steps to improve. But now I really want to change myself. I don’t want to continue living like this. Please consider me your younger sister and give me guidance.”
