Poco India has officially launched the Poco Pad 5G in the Indian market. The new addition to the Poco lineup is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and boasts of a large 10,000mAh battery, along with 33W wired fast charging.

The Poco Pad 5G is available in two variants in India – the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 23,999 and the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced at Rs 25,999. Buyers can choose from two colour finishes – Cobalt Blue and Pistachio Green.
The first sale is set to begin on August 27 at 12 PM IST, exclusively on Flipkart. Poco is making the sale sweeter by offering a discount of Rs 3,000 to customers using SBI, HDFC and ICICI bank cards. Additionally, students can get an additional discount of Rs 1,000, but these offers are only available on the first day of the sale.

The Poco Pad 5G features a 12.1-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a 16:10 aspect ratio for a smooth viewing experience. The display offers 600 nits of peak brightness, is triple-certified by TÜV Rheinland, and also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass for added protection.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage that can be further expanded up to 1.5TB via microSD card. The device runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.
In terms of photography, the Poco Pad 5G comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, while on the front, there’s another 8MP camera placed on the right bezel, perfect for video calling.
The tablet is designed with an IP52 rating, making it resistant to dust and splashes of water, and it also comes with a four-speaker setup, dual microphones, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and support for Dolby Atmos to ensure an immersive audio experience, and the display further enhances this with support for Dolby Vision.
Poco has equipped the Pad 5G with a 10,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging, allowing for long usage times without frequent charging. Connectivity options are plentiful, with a USB Type-C port, dual 5G, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, and Bluetooth 5.2.
