Pokopad 5G has been officially announced. Chinese smartphone maker Poco has launched its first Android tablet in India, the Poco Pad 5G. The device sports a 12.1-inch display and is powered by a Qualcomm chipset. The Android tablet comes with a sleek metal body and a 10,000mAh battery.

Poco The Pad 5G comes in two models — 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB — priced at Rs 23,999 and Rs 25,999, respectively. The Android tablet will be available in Cobalt Blue and Pistachio Green colour options. The Poco Pad 5G will be available for purchase online on Flipkart from August 27. As part of the launch offer, the smartphone maker is offering an instant discount of Rs 3,000 on SBI, HDFC and ICICI bank cards. The company also announced that students can get a discount of Rs 1,000 on the first sale.

The Poco Pad features a 12.1-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, offering a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. The display also supports Dolby Vision and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, the Poco Pad runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1.5TB via microSD card.
For photography, the Poco Pad comes with 8MP cameras on both the front and rear. The device also features four speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos for an improved audio experience. It is powered by a 10,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.
