
A new project is proposed for development at 2805 Bowers Avenue in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story data center. The site is currently being developed with his two-story office building spanning an area of 100,487 square feet. The office building is scheduled to be demolished.
Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects (SNHA) is responsible for the design. GI Partners is listed as the property owner.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 235,617 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a new four-story data center totaling 244,068 square feet. The data center consists of 12 data halls, a mechanical tower, a generator, and a power equipment center. We have a parking lot that can accommodate 62 cars on the premises.
The building’s facade will rise to a height of 87 feet.As part of the project, a 72 megavolt ampere (MVA) substation will be constructed.

The Santa Clara Planning Commission is scheduled to meet today at 6 p.m. Details on participation can be found here. An estimated construction schedule has not yet been announced.
