“Made friends as a consultant, now ‘vibrant’ as a director: ‘Perfect description’ divides internet over LinkedIn profile”

LinkedIn users gained attention for the witty job descriptions they used to explain their role in each job profile. His Vibin Babuurajan, an X (formerly Twitter) user, shared a screenshot of Mahesh Suthar’s LinkedIn profile. The screenshot shows Suthar explaining his accomplishments and lessons learned on each job in the punchline.

According to the viral post, Suthar wrote that he “learned how to market” as a product marketing manager. “I’ve made friends” as a consultant, he says. Then, under the Talent Acquisition Leader profile, Suthar “Learned How to Recruit.”

He then “learned how to manage recruiters” as an associate director and “learned how to manage managers” as a company director.

Finally, Suthar “stopped learning a lot” as a senior director. When he finally took up the post of India Recruitment Director, he described his role as nothing short of “vibrant”.

Vibin Babuurajan shared a screenshot of Suthar’s LinkedIn profile and captioned his post, “LinkedIn experience description done right.” Stahl responded to his post, saying, “I commented to increase my reach 👍🏻.”

Several other social media users commented on Baburajan’s post about X, with one saying, “You should have mentioned quantitative data like how many friends you have.” Another said: “Who said there’s no perfect explanation?”

In the past too, Vibin Babuurajan has shared many such hilarious LinkedIn profile descriptions which eventually went viral.

Previously, another LinkedIn profile took the internet by storm when it proudly labeled itself as an “Investor” in its work history section. An example of a woman listing “housewife” in her work history also became a hot topic.

In other news, Bangalore-based Shikha Gupta’s job profile description went viral after she posted her honest professional experience in a company on LinkedIn. In one of her experiences shared by Ms.Gupta, she wrote: It took me a year to check just to be sure. she moved on. ” Shikha Gupta’s LinkedIn page was also shared by Vibin Babuurajan.
