King Charles’ medical records were not accessed in the alleged breach of Duchess Kate’s personal information at a London clinic on Wednesday.

The 75-year-old monarch, who is currently undergoing outpatient cancer treatment at a high-end private hospital, underwent “corrective surgery” for an enlarged prostate in January.

“Everyone at the London Clinic is keenly aware of our personal, professional, ethical and legal obligations regarding patient confidentiality,” Al Russell said in a statement to the Post on Wednesday.

“We take great pride in the exceptional care and thoughtfulness we strive to provide to all of our patients who trust us every day.”

During her stay at the historic medical center, Middleton was kept in a private room under the close care of doctors and nurses.

The London Clinic is also considered one of the most exclusive medical facilities and boasts state-of-the-art equipment and wards for urology, gynecology, thoracic surgery, orthopedics and spine surgery procedures.
