A video has gone viral on social media showing President Joe Biden’s visceral reaction to being approached by Marjorie Taylor Greene ahead of Thursday’s State of the Union address.
As Mr. Biden was about to enter the House, the Georgia Republican approached him wearing a red MAGA hat. Biden seemed shocked and he appeared to shy away from her.
One clip Part of the exchange was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by digital consultant BW Carlin, where it received more than 2.3 million views and 49,000 likes. A second clip focusing on Biden’s response was shared on the same platform by former Democratic political consultant Tim Hogan and received 1.1 million views.
Greene then handed Biden a badge bearing the name of Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student who police believe was killed by an illegal immigrant in Athens, Georgia, on February 22. Ta.
