Sharing a video on Instagram, the chef revealed the secret to his special butter chicken recipe and called it ‘curry in a hurry’. The chef first marinates the juicy chicken with salt and various spices. Add some of the simmering yogurt and mix the concoction evenly.
Pour oil into another pan, mix chopped onion, chopped ginger, cardamom, chopped red chilli, chopped coriander, add 2 cubes of butter and masala and fry. Taking the road less traveled, he pours just the right amount of tomato sauce into the mixture to make the gravy, then adds a generous amount of milk before cooking. Then, before cooking the chicken, Gordon Ramsay pours the ingredient-rich gravy into a blender to create a smooth, thick blend. Before serving the spicy tomato sauce-infused butter chicken, I added grated lemon extract and 3 additional butter cubes to the mix.
The experimental tomato butter chicken recipe got an immediate response.
