Powell, 35, officially began filming the upcoming Hulu comedy series in Atlanta on Wednesday, August 21, and the first photos of the hunky star on set show him with long blonde hair, a prominent mustache, and what appears to be a prosthetic nose.

The show, titled Chad Powers, Eli Manning The ESPN+ skit premiered in September 2022. At the time, Manning, 43, was fully transformed into the fictional Chad Powers with prosthetic limbs and a long blonde wig, the exact same one Powell wore.
In the skit, Manning, played by Chad Powers, tries out for the Penn State football team as a walk-on. The coaches are aware of the situation, but the players are not informed. After the tryout, Manning removes his prosthetic leg in front of the team.
Powell’s next series is based on a similar premise.

In addition to Powell, the show also features Perry Mattfeld, Frankie A. Rodriguez, Steve Zahn, Quentin Plea and Wynn Everett.
