The Delhi-based entrepreneur has taken the concept of networking to a new level by creating a LinkedIn profile for his two-year-old son and actively posting from it. “I’m just a kid trying to find my place in this world,” reads the description of two-year-old Tiger Chauhan’s profile. In his initial post, he also added that the boy is using the platform for networking that will help him get into a good preschool. “He turned two today and he’s already starting to feel the pressures of this world,” the LinkedIn post reads.
“At home, we are always talking about getting into school. Well, the pressure is real and for me ‘nanhi si jaan’. My dad Shivesh Kumar’s friend Pravin Kumar Rajbhar always said ‘network is asset’ so I am here to create a network so that I can get into a good preschool (to start with). And taking it one step at a time. I am trying to stay away from social media (as no one gives me a mobile at home). But I will try to log in once a week for work. Waiting for you all’s help,” the post added.

Social media users responded to the post and wished the two-year-old son a happy birthday. His father, co-founder and chief operating officer of Coffee India, re-shared the post, writing that his son is “here to rule the world.”
“I don’t know how he’ll bounce back, but I expect he’ll be more passionate, hardworking and brutal than me… Elon, your rival just appeared on LinkedIn… And today is his birthday… Happy birthday, kid… If you ever need to step back, your dad is here… Just take action and analyze the results,” his father said.

Meanwhile, screenshots of the LinkedIn profile were circulated on other social media platforms, sparking debate online, with netizens not impressed that a two-year-old’s profile was published on a specialized site.
“They leaked a kid’s photo, name, date of birth and school address. How are you better than the kid’s parents,” one user wrote. “Shockingly pathetic. Help the kid or are the parents unaware of the dying app?” another commented.
“Haha! But LinkedIn is better for kids than Instagram. At least they’ll get bored on LinkedIn but once they start scrolling through Reels it’s never ending,” a third user joked.
“It’s strange, would anyone make a LinkedIn profile for a baby? India is not beginner friendly,” said a fourth. “I must say I was a bit late getting active on LinkedIn so that’s why I was a bit late getting a job,” one user humorously said.
