A pizza delivery worker has been the target of a racist attack in Toronto, Canada. During what was supposed to be a normal delivery, he was verbally abused by his customer. The encounter was recorded on video and shared on TikTok. It was then shared on the X profile “Catch Up” on March 27 and has since gone viral, angering social media users.
The argument started over a seemingly trivial issue. A delivery driver employed by Canadian pizza chain Pizza Pizza didn’t have change for a $20 bill a customer had given him. This escalated the argument and the customer requested that the agent call customer care to resolve the issue. This all happened while documenting the interaction in his TikTok video titled “Me vs. the Pizza Man.”
The customer’s aggression is evident throughout the video. He belittles agents with phrases such as “dummy.” idiot. Stupid fool. Please call me at work,” and threatened to show the agent “something.”
Despite the hostility, the carrier tried to handle the situation professionally and contacted customer service for advice on how to proceed.
At the direction of customer service, the agent attempts to retrieve the order and offers to return the correct change. However, the customer’s behavior only worsens, refusing to engage constructively and continuing to hurl insults.
At one point, a customer mocked the agent’s accent and refused to take a call from customer service. He went on to disparage the agent, calling him a “brown clown,” “stupid” and “the worst delivery driver.”

The video ends with the delivery worker maintaining a professional demeanor despite being threatened and walking away with the delivery box as the customer continues to verbally abuse him.
The episode sparked a storm of criticism online, with viewers expressing support for the delivery company and condemning the customer’s racist and harassing behavior.
“You can tell he’s poor by the way he speaks. Life has already given him the karma he deserves,” the user said. Another source said, “This delivery driver’s patience is unbelievable. He never said a single abusive word to the customer. He seems to come from a good family.”
