Janover Pro gets its first subscriber
BOCA RATON, Fla., Aug. 27, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Janover Inc. (Nasdaq: JNVR) (“Janover” or the “Company”), an AI-enabled platform for commercial real estate transactions, today announced the launch of Janover Pro, an innovative subscription-based service that gives users access to a rich, dynamic dataset of commercial lenders through the Janover user interface (“UI”). Additionally, the Company announced that it has acquired its first Janover Pro subscribers.
Janover Pro provides unparalleled access to a vast network of multifamily, commercial real estate, and SBA lenders, including over 10% of U.S. banks, 35% of the top 100 credit unions, and over 1,000 commercial lenders. This comprehensive dataset includes major products such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, life insurance companies, and debt funds, as well as a variety of other loan products and lenders. More importantly, it includes banks and credit unions across the country, with lenders providing first-party data directly to the platform, which is updated regularly. Janover Pro provides detailed lender and originator creditbox information and contact information, giving users the same tools and resources used by Janover’s professional advisors. This allows you to compete with industry giants such as JLL, Walker & Dunlop, and CBRE. The service is typically available on a three-year subscription basis, provides ongoing updates and access to the latest lender information, and has many additional features planned that are already used by the Janover Capital Markets team.
Blake Janover, CEO of Janover, commented, “Janover Pro is a game changer. We are democratizing the data that has separated institutional debt managers from privately owned firms, and small multifamily and commercial real estate agents from the largest companies. While we are still in the early stages, we envision creating a Costar-like platform for commercial loan origination, which fits perfectly with our path to subscription revenue and delivers the most value to our clients. Our goal is to be a trusted name in the industry for advanced solutions that create real value, while also allowing us to continue to provide the high-touch, bespoke service we’ve become well known for on the capital markets side. We think this additional capability is a great fit.”
“Janover Pro is another exciting milestone in our journey to operate primarily as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and recurring revenue business. This is just the beginning. We are continuously innovating and expanding Janover Pro’s capabilities to better serve our users’ needs. Future updates will include features that our in-house team is already using effectively, like the ability to create and share professional offer memoranda directly with lenders through the platform, as well as advanced deal shopping. We also see exciting opportunities to build an AI commercial loan advisor directly into the product. Our ultimate goal is to make the commercial real estate financing process as seamless and efficient as possible and accessible to everyone. Janover Pro is an exciting step in this journey,” concluded Janover.
