Eggs can be enjoyed in a variety of lipstick avatars. Most of us have a favorite way to cook eggs: boiled, scrambled, poached, or omelets. Within each of these “methods,” there are several ways to put your own spin on eggs. I recently discovered a reel that shows yet another way to make eggs. This is something we’ve never seen before. It is a combination of eggs and potato chips (wafers). Intrigued? It certainly was!

In an Instagram reel shared by Nauhed Sailsi, the actress shares a step-by-step method to make ‘wahaas pe anda’. She starts by heating water in a nonstick pot. She spread the crunchy potato chips on top of the water, covering most of the surface. When the water starts to sizzle, she cracks her two eggs on top of the chips. She adds chopped green chilies to one side and sprinkles salt on the plate. Then she covers the pan and lets the eggs cook for a while. She then flips the omelet-like dish and cooks the other side as well. She says it’s good to eat it with ketchup, but she likes it with green chili peppers. In the caption, she wrote, “We Pearls eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

The Instagram video has been viewed more than 1 million times so far. Many people seemed to find this recipe very interesting. Some people feel that cooking eggs is an unnecessarily unhealthy method. However, Nauhed defended her cooking, saying she did not claim that her cooking was healthy. Other Instagram users had more positive reactions.
