American Airlines is enhancing Wi-Fi connectivity for members of its AAdvantage loyalty program, introducing the option to use miles to pay for in-flight Wi-Fi. The airline announced it will introduce an option to redeem miles for in-flight Wi-Fi “on select aircraft in the coming weeks.” It is expected to be available on all of the company’s Viasat-powered narrowbody aircraft by the summer travel season.
