No internet or poor internet connection can be frustrating, so we wanted to find out which states have the most complaints about internet quality. We found that West Virginia has the worst internet quality, on average, and North Dakota has the best, based on the number of complaints.
We also found that billing complaints and issues with internet availability were the most common types of complaints across all states.”
