Singapore-based technology company Vizzio Technologies, global technology leader Foxconn’s electrical equipment subsidiary Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII), and Foxconn’s Artificial Intelligence (AI)-focused subsidiary INGRASYS have partnered for smart manufacturing.
The collaboration will focus on creating a digital twin of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Lighthouse Factory for the whole world, leveraging advanced satellite imagery and artificial intelligence to develop an immersive 3D representation of the manufacturing environment, the three companies said in a statement on Monday.
According to a statement, digital twins, which are virtual replicas of physical environments, are revolutionizing industrial operations by integrating artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT) and real-time analytics.
The technology makes manufacturing processes more precise, adaptable and sustainable, setting a new benchmark for excellence in Industry 4.0.
Notably, Vizzio Technologies and Fii have launched the first live 3D digital twin of FII’s global manufacturing sites, achieving a significant milestone in smart manufacturing.
This achievement not only demonstrates Vizzio Technologies’ technological capabilities, but also sets a new standard for digital innovation in the manufacturing sector.
By creating a digital twin of their manufacturing floor, companies can monitor, analyze, and optimize operations in real time, significantly improving efficiency and productivity.
The partnership will also extend to FIIi’s WEF-certified Lighthouse Factories globally, standardizing the digital twin experience across all manufacturing locations.

Vizzio’s rapid 3D mapping workflow combines cutting-edge Street View with indoor/outdoor 3D maps to dramatically reduce the cost of creating digital twins compared to traditional LIDAR methods.
