Starting today, Samsung is rolling out One UI 6.1 to its high-end smartphones and tablets. While the company is busy with that, it also doesn’t forget to release security updates to its mid-range and entry-level devices. The South Korean tech giant is rolling out the March 2024 security patch for the carrier-locked and carrier-unlocked versions of the Galaxy A32 5G and the carrier-unlocked version of the Galaxy A52 5G for the US.
Starting with Galaxy A32, the new firmware versions for carrier lock variants are: A326USQSDDXC2for carrier unlocked models. A326U1UESDDXC2. For Galaxy A52, the carrier unlocked version firmware build number will change as follows: A526U1UESCFXC6 After update. The March 2024 security patch fixes a total of 45 security vulnerabilities. Samsung is expected to release an update for the carrier-unlocked version of his Galaxy A52 5G in the coming days.
As always, you can get updates by going to: Settings » Software Update » Download and Installation. If you do that and you still don’t see the update, it means the new firmware isn’t yet available on your device, as Samsung may be rolling it out in stages. In that case, you may have to wait a few more hours or days to get it. If you don’t want to wait for Samsung to offer it over the air, you can download it from their database.
