Brigham and Women’s Physician Organization, a member of Mass General Brigham Incorporated, is notifying individuals of an incident of which it became aware on January 29, 2024, involving the personal information of certain patients.
“Harvard Pilgrim has notified BWPO that it has discovered a 2019 file on Harvard Pilgrim’s servers containing a limited amount of BWPO patient data,” BWPO said in a statement.
