Christine Quinn alleges in a restraining order filed Tuesday that her husband, Christian Dumonte, locked her in his Hollywood Hills home, among many other charges.

DuMonte’s restraining order alleges that Quinn refused to train his dog, leading to an argument over having to constantly clean up after the couple’s dog.
Quinn said the altercation began the night before, March 18, and involved a heated argument during which Dumonte threw several dried flowers at her and poured a can of soda on her bed. He also claims that he threw dog feces at her. Then he urinated on her bedroom floor. She states in her documents that she called her son’s nanny to make arrangements for her departure the next day.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Hollywood officers were first called to the residence at around 2:00 p.m. local time on March 19 for a domestic incident.

Dumonte was arrested for a second time Wednesday night on suspicion of violating an emergency protection order.
