This series was published in HousingWire.com and his DataDigest newsletter launched in 2023 in partnership with CoreLogic. The series focused on three core trends in the real estate market in 2023 and included an analysis of buyer agent commissions, iBuyer performance in a declining market, and NAR lobbying and influence.
