In this episode, they discuss the pros and cons of the internet, and Jaya said that the root cause of anxiety attacks among young people is the overload of information available online.
Jaya said young people are under tremendous pressure to constantly answer calls and respond to messages on their mobile devices, and are looking to the internet for authentication. “Naviya, what’s happening in your generation is ‘answer the phone call immediately, reply to the text message immediately.’ “Are we looking good?” Are we thinking right? What if you’re saying the right thing? ‘All of these things increase your stress level,’ she said.

When Navya asked if older generations were less stressed because they didn’t have to deal with the internet, Jaya confidently answered, “Absolutely.” When Navya said she wasn’t stressed, Jaya said, “You don’t think you’re stressed, but actually you are.” She continued, “When we were kids, we never heard of anxiety attacks. We never heard that word in our childhood, let alone in middle age. Where did this come from? Did it come? This happens because you are constantly being fed information. This comes from “What does this girl look like?” How does she do her nails and makeup? Anxiety arises from this. Too much information. “

Navya’s mother Shweta Bachchan was also present in the chat but did not agree with Jaya’s opinion. She said: “The anxiety was always there. It’s become more discernible. It’s more talked about.” In fact, she told Jaya: It gets talked about more and louder. ”
