Bacary Sagna has admitted that Josep Guardiola cut off the Wi-Fi to his dressing room on his first day at Manchester City.
The 41-year-old Frenchman played one season under the Catalan manager when he first joined the Premier League in 2016. And when asked about Guardiola’s time as manager, Sagna recalled how much discipline Guardiola instilled in his team.
Talk to Chris Wheatley, Sagna admitted that he sometimes felt like a child under Guardiola. He said: “For me, Pep Guardiola is someone to refer to as a coach because he has to be very disciplined.
