The following are reports from local law enforcement agencies. All defendants are presumed innocent until found guilty.

LOGAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Feb. 15

At 10:48 a.m. Anthony Johnson, 53, was arrested at Second Ave. and Sixth St., in Crook, on charges of theft – less than $300, driving an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, possession of weapons by a previous offender, driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, expired license plates/registration and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 2:37 p.m. Dakota Gillespie-Herrera, 19, was arrested in the 500 block of Sidney Ave., in Sterling, on charges of enticing a child, sexual assault on a child, sexual exploitation of a child and internet luring of a child with intent to exploit.

At 2:11 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 14500 block of County Road 39, in Sterling, for an offense.

At 7:47 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1400 block of S. Third Ave., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 11:51 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 12500 block of C.R. 37, in Sterling, for an assist.

Feb. 16

At 4:56 a.m. Duane Dobbins, 49, was arrested in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, on charges of third-degree motor vehicle theft – receiving from a third party, harboring a minor and accessory to a crime.

At 9:41 a.m. Alecia Gillett, 49, was issued a citation in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, for contempt of court.

At 4:15 p.m. Joshua Duchesne, 40, was arrested in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, on charges of third-degree motor vehicle theft, second-degree trespass of agricultural land with intent to commit a felony, criminal mischief – less than $300, reckless endangerment, compounding, vehicular eluding, harboring a minor, obstructing a police officer, accessory to a crime, possession of one to four grams of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 5:15 p.m. Jessica Makuski, 46, was arrested in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, on charges of third-degree motor vehicle theft, possession of one to four grams of fentanyl, second-degree trespass of agricultural land with intent to commit a felony, criminal mischief – $300 to $999, reckless endangerment, vehicular eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia, harboring a minor, obstructing a police officer, accessory to a crime and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 10:50 p.m. Ryan Payne, 31, was arrested in the 20900 block of Hwy. 6, in Sterling, on charges of owner operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, driving while license is restrained due to a drug or alcohol offense, displaying/possessing altered/fictitious tab title sticker plate and driving with expired license plates/registration.

At 4:56 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, for an assist.

At 7:21 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Front St., in Sterling, for an assist.

At 8:10 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, for an assist.

At 3:57 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Emiline St., in Peetz, for an offense.

At 6:18 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 8:26 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 128 on Interstate 76 for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 9:21 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 1 on Hwy. 138 for a welfare check.

At 9:59 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 4 on Hwy. 55 for a welfare check.

Feb. 17

At 12:06 p.m. Alex Howland, 37, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for violation of a protection order.

At 7:40 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Second St., in Iliff, for vandalism.

At 10:28 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Third St., in Sterling, for a burglary alarm.

At 10:30 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 16200 block of C.R. 59.5 for an offense.

At 4:01 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 15900 block of Deerfield St., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 9:50 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for an assist.

Feb. 18

At 1:11 p.m. Joseph Fuller, 40, was arrested on N. Fifth Ave., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 11:22 p.m. Natasha Bird, 38, was arrested in the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, on charges of child abuse, assault in the third degree and false imprisonment.

At 1:48 a.m. deputies were dispatched to C.R. 39.5 and Pioneer Rd., in Sterling, for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 2:40 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 19600 block of C.R. 26, in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

At 11:06 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, for a 911 investigation.

At 11:22 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, for an assault.

Feb. 19

At 1:56 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Sixth St., in Crook, for an animal bite.

At 6:44 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 28100 block of C.R. 74, in Peetz, for a burglary alarm.

At 9:24 a.m. deputies were dispatched to C.R. 71 and 24, in Fleming, for an animal complaint.

At 10:08 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 15900 block of Deerfield St., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 11:35 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 5900 block of C.R. 33 for an offense.

At 11:41 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of W. Main St., in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

At 5:53 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 115 on I-76 for suspicious activity.

At 6:08 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 18200 block of Iris Dr., in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

At 11:03 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Hillside Dr., in Sterling, for an assist.

At 6:25 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, for a civil standby.

Feb. 21

At 12:40 a.m. Joshua Russell, 33, was arrested in the 23200 block of Sterling Ave., in Padroni, on charges of theft – $1,000 to $1,999 and theft from a coin machine – $1,000 to $1,999.

At 8:35 p.m. Marcos Aceves-Ornelas, 42, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 2:16 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Broadway St., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 5:38 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Douglas St., in Sterling, for an assist.

At 7:13 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Fremont Ave., in Fleming, for neighbor trouble.

At 8:34 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Logan Ave., in Merino, for a burglary alarm.

At 9:33 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 19700 block of Factory St., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 2:46 p.m. deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 55 and C.R. 385, in Crook, for an assist.

At 4:49 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 12400 block of Aspen Way, in Sterling, for an offense.

At 9:32 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of W. Second Ave., in Iliff, for a weapons violation.

Feb. 22

At 8:39 a.m. Dennis Ertle, 39, was arrested in the 16000 block of Hwy. 14, in Sterling, on charges of possession of weapons by a previous offender, unlawfully carrying/possessing concealed firearms, possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance, distributing/manufacturing/possessing with intent to distribute; conspiring to distribute/manufacture/sell initiate/organize/plan/finance, possession of controlled substances paraphernalia, violation of a protection order and complicity.

At 8:39 a.m. Anna Menousek, 35, was arrested in the 16000 block of Hwy. 14, in Sterling, on charges of complicity, possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance, distributing/manufacturing/possessing with intent to distribute, possession of controlled substances paraphernalia and violation of a protection order.

At 7:53 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 11000 block of C.R. 250, in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

At 10:35 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 21700 block of C.R. 78, in Peetz, for suspicious activity.

At 4:35 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Main St., in Sterling, for an offense.

Feb. 23

At 9:58 a.m. Rochelle Scott, 53, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid and a charge of contempt of court.

At 3:20 p.m. Anna Menousek, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid and a charge of contempt of court.

At 6:22 a.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 34 on Hwy. 138 for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 12:12 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Lee St., in Merino, for harassment.

At 12:26 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Fourth Ave., in Iliff, for an animal complaint.

At 10:27 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 135 on O-76 for a vehicle crash with injuries.

Feb. 24

At 2:01 a.m. Zachariah Johnson, 42, was arrested in the 200 block of S. Third Ave., in Sterling, on an out-of-state warrant for flight to avoid.

At 10:37 p.m. Roberta Payne, 25, was issued a citation at mile marker 391 on W. Hwy. 6, in Merino, for contempt of court.

Feb. 25

At 3:40 p.m. Cloyce Culver, 70, was arrested at mile marker 434 E. Hwy. 6 on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 10:27 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Pine St., in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

At 12:12 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 136 on I-76 for a welfare check.

At 2:23 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Chestnut St., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 2:32 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 132 on I-76 for an assist.

At 3:31 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 434 on E. Hwy. 6 for an assist.

At 11:53 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 900 block of Hamilton St., in Sterling, for an offense.

Feb. 26

At 8:50 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Douglas St., in Sterling, for a civil standby.

At 9:21 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for a forgery.

At 10:35 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for an assist.

At 5:59 p.m. deputies were dispatched to Prewitt Reservoir for an assist.

Feb. 27

At 2:47 p.m. Deandre Espinoza, 22, was arrested in the 12200 block of Hwy. 61, in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 7:15 p.m. Anthony Lasco, 33, was arrested in the 1500 block of W. Main St., in Sterling, on charges of harassment – repeated insults/taunts/challenges, criminal extortion, domestic violence and violation of a protection order. He was later issued a citation for contempt of court.

At 1:25 a.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 34 on Hwy. 61 for an animal complaint.

At 3:48 a.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 113 on I-76 for an assist.

At 7:42 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 15500 block of Harris St., in Sterling, for an animal complaint.

At 1:39 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 149 on I-76 for a 911 investigation.

At 3:33 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of N. Second Ave., in Sterling, for a welfare check.

At 5:07 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of E. Chestnut St., in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

Feb. 28

At 9:55 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of S. Logan Ave., in Fleming, for an offense.
