The CEO’s recent email response to an employee’s resignation went viral, sparking outrage and criticism online. The email, shared on Reddit, has been widely condemned for what is seen as a lack of empathy and professionalism. Recently, Reddit user 6rynn shared that he quit his job last month due to his CEO’s “abuse”.
In a long caption, the user wrote: “For the past year I worked at a company with a CEO who was extremely abusive towards all of her employees. She has insulted me to my face before. , I felt the job was terrible.” I put up with this kind of incident for a year because it was a good opportunity. ”
The Reddit user also shared that the CEO stopped coming into the office and became more bold and aggressive on the phone. A user wrote, “Since last month, her mood has worsened and she has started to abuse me.”
