A team of researchers from Salesforce Research in the US has introduced AgentOhana. This comprehensive solution addresses the challenge of leveraging the potential of his LLM in agent-based tasks. Standardize and integrate agent trajectories from different data sources into a consistent format to optimize datasets for agent training. The creation of AgentOhana is an important step to integrate his LLM agent’s trajectory data for multiple turns.
AgentOhana employs a training pipeline that maintains balance between data sources and maintains independent randomness during dataset partitioning and model training. Data collection involves a meticulous filtering process to ensure high-quality trajectories, improving the overall quality and reliability of the collected data. AgentOhana achieves high accuracy on web shop benchmarks based on overlapping attributes between purchased items and ground truth items. For the HotpotQA benchmark, AgentOhana achieves high accuracy on a multi-hop question answering task that requires logical reasoning across Wikipedia sentences. These results highlight the effectiveness of AgentOhana’s approach and provide a glimpse into the future of autonomous agent development.
