Dr. Phil McGraw this week slammed those in authority who force children to become transgender, saying they are causing long-term damage to children, at the same time that social media has “socialized” the issue. He warned that the virus was becoming “contagious.”
McGraw made the remarks while discussing the hotly debated subject during an interview with Joe Rogan on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
“That’s interesting, [officials] “Choose a term like ‘gender-affirming care,'” he said. “But what they’re really talking about is hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery for children. And to be fair, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Endocrinologists, All of the major medical associations, whatever their exact name, agree on this. They signed it. And I don’t really care whether those organizations will cause long-term harm in my life. I’ve never seen anyone approve of something without giving information. So when I ask about it, when I talk about it, I’m immediately labeled a transphobe.”
McGraw noted that many European countries have changed their policies on transgender issues because they have recognized that they are harmful to children.
“[Officials’] The reason we do this is to stop this suicidal impulse, and there is an epidemic of suicide,” he continued. “It doesn’t solve the problem, and it doesn’t solve all the co-existing problems that come with feeling like your body is wrong. But they’re pushing this anyway. And we… is going to do some shows that have already been recorded and will reveal what the real consequences of this are. And I think people are going to be shocked that these medical institutions agreed to this. I think they just succumbed to the pressure.”

McGraw warned of situations in some American public schools where teachers are actively working to undermine the relationships between children and their parents.
“First, if this is a psychological phenomenon or a medical phenomenon, and teachers are not trained in psychology or medicine, they are trained to deal with it in the same way they would remove a child’s spleen. “I haven’t. It’s homeroom,” he said. “So, if that’s true, if it’s a psychological issue, gender dysphoria, or a medical issue, you need someone with training in child psychology, psychiatry, or medicine. And the teacher They’re not trained for any of those three things. Like I said, they’re not trained for anything more than removing a child’s spleen. So how are they qualified to deal with that? Is there one?”
“Secondly, it teaches children to keep secrets from their parents, teaches them deception, and interferes with the relationship between children and parents,” he continued. “Now, their rationalization for that is that if the child goes home and announces this, or we tell the parents, the child can be abused, and the child will be brought to court. He says the child could be kicked to the curb. But they have to admit, statistically, that’s extremely rare. And if that’s the case, That’s the purpose of the Department of Children and Family Services, that’s the purpose of Child Protective Services. If that’s the case, if for any reason a child is being abused in the home, if they seek some sort of intervention, then that’s the kind of intervention that can happen. You get it. But you can’t come between a child and their parents. The parents have a right to know what’s going on.”
Mr Logan noted that children are gullible and easily manipulated, which is why Islamic terrorists are “turning young children into suicide bombers”.
“You can talk to kids about almost anything,” Logan says. “You can make them believe in Santa Claus. They’re really young, so you can convince kids to believe in all kinds of stupid shit. They can be anything, they’re queer, they’re transgender. , you can easily convince them in any way.You can 100% convince them that some children have all kinds of things, especially by reinforcing it with love and support. And if you’re happy, you can convince people of a lot of things.”
McGraw said the entire transgender issue is “not appropriate or safe for children,” and said anyone who says the effects of transgender procedures are reversible is lying.
He said he believed “a lot” of what was causing the transgender phenomenon among young people was “social media platforms and the internet.”
“When I say activist, this is what I’m saying and I don’t think I speak for the entire community,” he said. “I think they understand the agenda they’re pushing, and I think they’re serious about this, and I think there’s a lot of oxygen on the internet. Social media platforms Now we’re told there’s no social transmission here, but the percentage of girls who claim to be transgender has increased by 800%, 1,000% in the last few years. I am.”
“And they say, ‘Well, I think it’s because it’s easier to talk about it now.’ Really? Or maybe they read about it or see it on social media and say, ‘This is how I feel about myself. Is it because you think you can differentiate yourself?” he continued. “I think there’s a social contagion effect. So people jump on the bandwagon. And I think it would be a real tragedy if it did something irreversible, even if it was for a short period of time. And , I’m told there are very few transitioners. I don’t think that’s true. I think there are far more detransitioners who want to reverse this and come back than are reported. ”
