Amdocs, an OSS/BSS company, has partnered with BMC, an enterprise digitization software provider, to sell BMC’s automation, operations, and service management solutions to the telecommunications and financial services industries. Both are focused on automating IT and network operations to enable telecommunications and financial services companies to deliver new efficiencies, innovations and services.
This means that the two companies will help mobile phone operators serve financial customers and other sectors by integrating and automating information technology and mobile phone network systems. BMC said the two companies will offer “integrated software and services, including generative AI use cases built specifically for IT services and operations teams.” Their goal is to “accelerate connected digital operations,” they said in a statement.
