How would you react if I asked you, “Can you cook while driving?” It sounds like a silly question, but there’s a reason to ask it. A video of an Instagram user cooking while driving a BMW has surfaced on the internet. The video went viral as social media users appeared to be watching it repeatedly to understand why he would do such a thing. And he’s not just cooking, he’s making a complex steak dish of British origin called Beef Wellington. The clip begins with the user salting raw beef and placing it on the passenger seat’s wooden plank, which is being used as a cooking surface. If you think it’s easy, just watch him cut the buttons. Needless to say, it’s a big fuss since he’s cooking in a moving car.

Next, connect your electric barbecue grill to the charging station. First, place a mini frying pan on top and fry the mushrooms. Once the beef was golden brown, I removed the pot and placed the beef directly on the grill. After coating the beef with the mustard sauce, the next step is to make the bacon. The process begins by spreading raw bacon strips on a sheet and covering the strips with sautéed mushrooms. Then the mustard-glazed beef was placed on top and wrapped in bacon. Now, he replaced the grill with an air fryer and placed this wrapped meat on a tray after topping it with a generous amount of butter. The clip ended with the man eating a huge portion of that crispy beefsteak. After taking a bite, users can be heard saying, “This was the best Beef Wellington I’ve ever had.”
He shared the video with the message: “I can cook too.”
Netizens flooded the comment section with various reactions. While many channeled their inner resourcefulness, the clip certainly raised safety concerns.
One comment read: “That’s irresponsible…I’m sure you’re not even drunk.”
Many people pointed out that he was driving on the wrong side of the road, with one commenting, “He always drives on the wrong side of the road.”
One user joked: “This is the story of the Uber Eats driver who added Beef Wellington to his order at the last minute.”
“That’s very dangerous,” said another.
“This is not cool. People will try to copy it even if it’s fake,” one person argued.
Have you tried Beef Wellington? The video has been viewed more than 4 million times so far.
