HTech is scheduled to launch HONOR X9b in India on February 15th. At the same time, the Indian startup will also introduce his HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X5 and HONOR CHOICE smartwatches in India. The launch event is scheduled to kick off at 12:30 p.m. It will be live streamed on the company’s official YouTube channel, Instagram and Facebook handles, and e-commerce partner Amazon India. HONOR X9b 5G: Specifications
HONOR X9b 5G features a 6.78-inch display with 1.5K resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the display supports pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming technology, which the company says keeps display flicker within a safe zone to reduce eye discomfort.
For added durability, HONOR X9b features a three-layer protective structure that incorporates partial reinforcement. Additionally, it is equipped with HONOR’s Ultra-Bounce Anti-drop display technology, which the company claims provides resistance to drops from up to 1.5 meters. Moreover, HONOR X9b has his IP53 water and dust resistance. The company also promised to offer him a one-time screen replacement program for six months at no additional cost.
HONOR X9b is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip paired with 8GB RAM. HTech has confirmed that the X9b smartphone will be powered by his 5,800 mAh battery, which he says has earned the Gold Label standard from his DXOMARK.
In terms of software, the Honor X9b runs on Android 13 operating system with the company’s MagicOS 7.2 UI, which has some advanced features such as MagicText, which allows users to extract text from images.
The HONOR X9b has a triple camera setup on the back for imaging, with HTech confirming that the primary sensor is 108 megapixels.
The smartphone will be offered in Midnight Black and Sunrise Orange colors, with the former featuring a frosted glass back and the latter a vegan leather back panel, HTech confirmed.
