The admission fee for TANAP Museum has been increased.
At the Tatra National Park Museum in Tatranska Lomnica, visitors can choose to listen to a lecturer or put on headphones and listen to an audio guide.
Using Smart Guide, a free audio guide for smartphones, makes touring museum exhibits even more enjoyable. Available in English and Slovak.

Technology enthusiasts can choose from two themed areas. The Natural History exhibit has 15 exhibits and the Tatras Man exhibit has 14 exhibits.
“Recently, we have been concentrating on offering people a more modern way to get to know museum exhibits,” said Maroš Paiger, head of scientific research at the Tatra National Park Administration, based in Tatranska Lomnica. “I’ve been working on it,” he said.
WiFi will be added in the future
Since the mobile app works online, the museum hopes to provide WiFi internet connectivity within the exhibition hall in the future, allowing visitors to save their mobile data.
Instructors are available for those who prefer a more traditional format of presentation.
“Although this is already a paid service, we encourage our visitors to take advantage of this unique opportunity as it allows them to hear more detailed information and experiences from our nature,” Paiger added. Ta.

Additionally, a new price list has also come into force. Compared to last year, the basic entrance fee has increased from 4 euros to 5 euros. Visitors pay 8 euros for an instructor-led tour (available for groups of 7 or more people).
